Overlock machine with automatic chaincutter activated by photocells, high speed 6000rpm, computerized panel and 3 cutting modes: B for conventional material with use of photocells, S for mesh material (tulle and organza) changes the sensitivity of the photocell and C for fabrics with discontinuous cut with deactivated photocell prevents the cut of the fabric when the photocell is uncovered.

Automatic Chaincutter

Save 1.2m of thread with each seam, thanks to the automatic cutter that cuts the thread within 10mm.

Photocells

Thanks to the double photocell placed on the work surface, the trimming is started automatically at the beginning and end of the seam.

Computerized Panel

Needle position at the end of the seam, speed adjustment, activation of the LED light are functions that can be easily activated from the panel. You can use the advanced parameters to customize the sewing experience.

Three Modes Of Operation

Select the type of fabric between conventional (B), with irregular cut edges (C) and mesh such as organza and tulle (BS), the machine will adapt the cutting function so as not to spoil the work.

Direct Drive Motor

The single shaft structure reduces vibrations by increasing stability, in fact it allows to reach 6000rpm of speed while keeping the noise level below 81dB.

Oil Proof

With the oil suck-back device, coupled with the built-in oil seal and sealed needle bar, you won't have the problem of oil leaks that can ruin your garments.
