You can cancel your order within 3 days of placing it. After this period, the order will no longer be eligible for cancellation.

In case of cancellation, the shipping fees and transportation charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will not be applicable for spare parts, regardless of the order value. Items with a value of less than ₹1000 are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel your order, you must contact us and provide a valid reason for the cancellation. Please ensure that you provide all necessary details when contacting us.

4. Refund Time

Once your cancellation request has been approved, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7 to 15 business days.

5. Cancellation After Shipment

If the product has already been shipped, cancellation will incur heavy charges, which will depend on the time, situation, and condition of the product. We will inform you of the charges once you initiate the cancellation.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available, but they are subject to additional charges.
